In everyday life, management success means being able to use a whole set of leadership practices like communication, motivation or conflict management. Leadership development practice means exhausting a system built out of these components in close relation to one another. With the organization's values and culture in mind, its operation, in line with the profile this course does not just give "leadership tools" but also a corresponding behavior.
